HARMONY

In August, 2018, I began teaching 5th grade at Harmony.  Fifth graders are my absolute favorite humans on earth!  I love my class and enjoy my job entirely too much.

After I graduated, my first teaching job was in Grand Saline, TX.  I taught 6th grade science all day.  In 2004, I began teaching at Harmony for the first time.  I taught fifth grade and loved it.  In 2011, I decided to stay at home with our youngest daughter for a few years. This is my fourth year back, and I am excited to be a Harmony Bulldog again!   

My husband, Kenny, and I have been married since 1997.  We have three children, Kallie, Seth, and Marta.  Kallie and Seth both attended Harmony.  Kallie is graduating in December from Southeastern.  Seth is working on a logging crew and as a dozer operator.  Marta is in Mrs. Griffin’s fourth grade class this year.  We have chickens, horses, dogs, and two cats.  We are members of Bentley Baptist Church and live in the Bentley area.  Our family enjoys fishing, camping, basketball, and snow sking.  I love to garden and cook!
